Key Elements
Translated literally, resiliency means “ability to bend or bounce back”. But it’s more than bending or bouncing back. It means growing stronger during unexpected change and recognizing opportunities even in times of uncertainty. Anyone can develop and increase their personal resiliency, and everyone has the ability to learn how to act more consciously and healthier during change, crises and everyday life.

In this training we‘ll show you tools, models and techniques to build your personal resiliency and show you how you can integrate them sustainably in your life.
In this training we will focus on seven factors of personal resiliency and provide you with a variety of tools to strengthen each of these factors and foster your personal growth.
Recommendation
Based on experience we recommend individual coaching sessions of 60 minutes with each participant in the 1-2 days following the training. This allows participants to ask private questions, address individual topics and set personal goals for their growth.
